With the BCC12 coffee machine, your kitchen becomes the ideal location to brew and savour a wide variety of beverages at the touch of a button, and it is extremely easy to use.
Fill the container with coffee beans of your favourite blend, select the function that enables you to choose from 8 beverages, and within seconds your coffee is ready. Using the steam wand, you can create milk froth to prepare cappuccino as well as latte macchiato. Thermoblock
Thermoblock heating system that ensures a faster preparation time for the machine and precise temperature control of the water for coffee extraction.
Double menu and One touch
Press the middle button to switch from the white menu (Ristretto, Espresso, Coffee and Hot Water) to the orange menu (Ristretto Light, Espresso Light, Long Coffee, Steam Function). You can make a wide selection of drinks using the One-touch functions: at the push of a button.
Milk froth
To obtain thick milk froth, fill a jug or cup with milk at refrigerator temperature ( approx. 5°C). Insert the steam wand about one centimetre below the surface of the milk and activate the steam function. Tilt the carafe slightly to create a gentle swirling effect. Proper frothing is achieved at 65°C.
