Carlos.gi Loyalty Scheme - Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
The Carlos.gi Loyalty Scheme ("the Scheme") is a rewards program offered by Carlos.gi ("the Company," "we," "our," or "us"). Participation in the Scheme is subject to the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). By enrolling in the Scheme, customers ("you," "your") agree to abide by these Terms.

2. Eligibility
2.1 The Scheme is open to individuals aged 16 and over.
2.2 Customers must register for the Scheme either in-store or online to start accumulating points.
2.3 Businesses can participate in the Scheme if they pay full retail prices. Wholesale purchasers are excluded.

3. Earning Points
3.1 You will earn 1 point for every £1 spent on eligible purchases in-store or online.
3.2 Points are only awarded on full-price items and are not applicable to gift cards, taxes, delivery charges, or excluded promotional items as determined by Carlos.gi.
3.3 Purchases made between January 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024, will be eligible for points as long as they are recorded in our system or the customer provides a valid receipt.
3.4 Purchases made prior to January 1, 2024, are not eligible for points.
3.5 Points are non-transferable and cannot be combined across multiple accounts.
3.6 Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Redeeming Points
4.1 Points can be redeemed for vouchers, with the minimum redemption starting at 100 points (£1 off).
4.2 Redemption tiers are as follows:

  • 100 points = £1 off coupon
  • 500 points = £5 off coupon
  • 1,000 points = £10 off coupon
  • 1,500 points = £15 off coupon
  • 2,000 points = £20 off coupon
  • 5,000 points = £50 off coupon

4.3 Coupons obtained via points redemption cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or discounts unless otherwise specified.
4.4 Once points are redeemed, the corresponding value is deducted from your balance.
4.5 Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be reissued if lost, stolen, or expired.
4.6 Points cannot be used for past transactions.

5. Expiry and Forfeiture of Points
5.1 Points must be used must be used within 36 months from the date they were earned. After this period, they will expire and be removed from your balance.
5.2 If an account is inactive for 12 consecutive months (i.e., no transactions), points may be forfeited at our discretion.

6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 If a purchase for which points were earned is refunded, the points associated with that purchase will be deducted from your balance.
6.2 If points were used to redeem a discount on a returned item, those points will not be reissued.
6.3 If a refund results in a negative point balance, future points earned will be applied to cover the negative balance first.

7. Scheme Duration and Amendments
7.1 The Scheme is fully implemented as of January 1, 2025.
7.2 Carlos.gi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Scheme at any time, with reasonable notice provided to members.
7.3 Any changes to the Terms will be communicated via our website and/or email.

8. Data Protection
8.1 By joining the Scheme, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8.2 We will not share your information with third parties except as required by law or for the operation of the Scheme.

9. General
9.1 Carlos.gi reserves the right to refuse membership or terminate an account if fraudulent activity is suspected.
9.2 Participation in the Scheme constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
9.3 These Terms are governed by the laws of Gibraltar, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
