Want to Return Your Product?

Want to return your purchase for an exchange or credit note? Not an issue…

Simply contact us or pop into the store and get the process underway. We offer exchanges and credit notes within Days of making the purchase. This is subject to certain conditions.

The product must be in its Original Condition. This constitutes that the product must be unused and sealed, with the inclusion of all packaging, instructions and accessories. Proof of purchase must also be provided to be eligible for a return.

Non-returnable items include: Perishable goods such as food & coffee, sale & special offer items, gift cards, downloadable software products, health and personal care items. We do not offer refunds.

 

Received a Faulty Product or Missing any items?

We aim to provide fully functioning products to all our customers, but if something goes wrong, we’re here to help!

The majority of our products are covered by our 1-Year Warranty as a minimum. Therefore, if there are any deficiencies within the first 12 months (or within any extended warranty period) due to no fault of your own, we’ll contact the manufacturer to get it fixed, arrange an exchange or provide a refund if all else fails.

Your original receipt acts as your warranty. We don’t cover faults caused by misuse, accident, wear and tear, alteration of a product or accident.

Once again, please contact us or pop in to our store at 89 Main Street if you feel your product is defective in any way; the sooner the better!

We do reserve the right to inspect goods prior to issuing an exchange or refund. If we are unable to verify the fault, goods will need to be sent to manufacturer to they can confirm or deny the fault. Duration of any such requests are down to individual manufacturers and as per their warranty terms. If the fault is not a manufacturer’s fault we offer a chargeable repair service.

Any claim for Goods or the defective parts should be returned together with proof of purchase and all complete accessories, instruction manuals and software and, wherever possible, in the original packaging.

In case of return of storage products or where a device can hold information on internal storage, the customer is responsible to back-up and erase such data before handing over the device to us. We cannot accept responsibility of any loss of data.

Please check your product and inform us of any missing or damaged items within 24hours of receipt of goods.
