Works instantly with laptops via an industry standard USB -C connection. The polar pattern (Omnidirectional or Cardioid) can be selected easily, making the mic ready to switch in seconds from an interview to a solo episode .

Wavo POD comes bundled with a colorful pop filter that blocks plosives from your voice and guarantees crystal-clear broadcast sound.

Comes with a 3.5-mm/1.37” latency-free headphone monitoring port, to check your voice level live and adjust it in real time, to always stay in control.

The unique mounting system makes Wavo POD versatile and easily customizable: the desk stand can be removed to fit a tripod or GorillaPod for better stability.

Wavo POD features a handy multifunction knob for perfect control of all audio levels, using an intuitive system of colors. Long press to switch between Headphone Volume (blue) or Gain Adjustment (purple) mode. Short press to mute the microphone (red). For broadcast sound, try to lower the gain (turn the knob counterclockwise when the LED is purple), while speaking close to the Pop Filter. Turn up the headphone volume (turn the knob clockwise when the LED is blue) to a comfortable listening level.

The microphone body is compatible with both 3/8'' and 5/8'' threads, using the adapter included, to fit most boom arms. Customize your rig further with the 1/4'' side mounts, the perfect match for the the JOBY range of accessories, especially GorillaPod arms.

Like many studio recording microphones, the Wavo POD incorporates a large-diaphragm condenser capsule to deliver a warm, yet clean vocal sound.

Two Pickup Patterns
Use cardioid mode to record with a directional polar pattern that primarily picks up sound in front of the mic and reduces background noise behind it. Switch to omni when you need to capture sound all around the mic—interviews or podcasting with guests gathered around the mic.
