- The 20MP 1/2.3" CMOS sensor produces high-resolution stills and HD 720p/30 video, and the sensitivity range of ISO 80-3200 suits working in a variety of lighting conditions.
- The long-reaching 42x optical zoom lens provides a 24-1008mm equivalent focal length range, covering wide-angle to super-telephoto perspectives, and the 4x digital zoom will further extend the effective reach.
- Optical image stabilization minimizes the appearance of camera shake when shooting handheld in difficult lighting conditions or with longer focal lengths.
