The Sigma TC-2001 2x Teleconverter for Nikon F doubles the focal length of compatible Sigma lenses for an extended telephoto reach. With a dust and splash proof design the teleconverter is designed for lenses with a large diameter like the Sigma 100-400mm f/5-6.3 Contemporary, the 150-600mm f/5-6.3 Sport and more. It has 10 elements arranged in 5 groups with 2 SLD (Special Low Dispersion) elements that minimise chromatic aberration for excellent optical performance.

Designed for Sigma Lenses
Created for select lenses in the Sigma Global Vision line-up, the TC2001 doubles the focal length to deliver additional magnification to get even closer to the action, perfect for telephoto shooting. It is compatible with large diameter lenses like the 150-600mm Contemporary and Sports, as well as the 120-300mm f/2.8 Sports, the 100-400mm f/5-6.3 Contemporary and the 500mm f/4 Sports.
High Performance Optics
Sigma is well known for their excellent optics and the 2x sigma teleconverter is no exception. It has 10 elements arranged in 5 groups, 2 of which are special low dispersion elements that reduce chromatic aberration to maintain the optical performance of the attached lens.
Effective Autofocus at f/8
When mounted to a compatible camera, the teleconverter supports AF operation up to the aperture of f/8. This ensure that even with the two-stop reduction is light that is normal for 2x teleconverters you can still enjoy autofocus performance with your favourite telephoto lenses.

The TC 2001 2x teleconverter offers a robust dust and splash proof construction that meets the needs of professional photographers who demand the versatility to capture shots regardless of the weather conditions.Note: Lens firmware may need to be updated for full functionality.
